1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

1. One Account Per Player: Each individual person is permitted to hold only one active abc888 account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on abc888 are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). abc888 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL). The following terms govern all deposits and withdrawals:

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to the player wallet.

• Refused Transactions: abc888 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or delay any deposit or withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where the transaction would result in a negative balance.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

abc888 offers various promotional incentives to new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions timed to events such as BPL season, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus requires ৳20,000 in qualifying wagers before the associated winnings become withdrawable.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager staked. Live casino table games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack) typically contribute 10%. Specific contribution rates for each game type will be stated in the individual promotion terms. • One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active deposit bonus simultaneously. Claiming a new deposit bonus while a prior bonus remains active and unwagered will result in forfeiture of the prior bonus balance.
• Abuse Prevention: abc888 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to close the account of any player found to be exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through collusion, use of betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or use of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• No Cash Equivalent: Bonus credits have no cash equivalent and may not be transferred to another player or exchanged for real money outside of the wagering process described above.

6. Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all bets and wagers placed on abc888, including sports betting (cricket, football, kabaddi), live casino games, slot games, and all other gaming products offered on the platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. abc888 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted and processed by the system, except in cases of a manifest error on the part of abc888 (see below).
• abc888 reserves the right to void any bet where a manifest error has occurred — including but not limited to incorrect odds being published due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error. A manifest error is defined as an error so obvious that a reasonable person would recognise it as incorrect at the time the bet was placed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each betting market and game. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or market interface at the time of placing the bet.
• In the event of a disputed outcome in any cricket or sports market, abc888 will refer to the official result published by the governing body for that event (e.g., Bangladesh Cricket Board, ICC, FIFA) as the definitive result. abc888's ruling based on this official result is final.
• For live casino games, the game provider's result as recorded by the game server at the time of the round's conclusion is the binding result. In the event of a disconnection during a live game round, the outcome as recorded by the provider's server will stand.
• Slot game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generators (RNGs) operated by the respective game providers. abc888 has no ability to influence or alter slot game outcomes.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on abc888 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals, in addition to referral to appropriate authorities where relevant:

• Registering more than one account, or registering an account on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration or verification process.
• Using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulently obtained payment methods to fund a player account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any betting market or game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to access or interact with the platform, place bets, or claim bonuses.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or technical vulnerabilities in the platform. Any player who identifies a bug or vulnerability must report it to [email protected] immediately. Exploiting rather than reporting a known vulnerability is a serious breach of these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the abc888 platform — including but not limited to the abc888 brand name and logo, website design and layout, text, graphics, game interfaces, promotional materials, and software — is the intellectual property of abc888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the abc888 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or display any part of the abc888 platform or its content without prior written permission from abc888.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software forming part of the abc888 platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit abc888's liability for death or personal injury caused by gross negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

abc888's total aggregate liability to any player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, however arising, shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to abc888 in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Responsible Gaming

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, a deposit limit takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 7-day cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum loss amount over a defined period. Once the loss limit is reached, no further bets may be placed until the period resets or the limit is adjusted.
